Used as directed and it worked. This a miracle cream. Throw everything else away.

To start, I have had chronic problems with hemorrhoids and anal fissures. I have tried everything from hydrocortisone to witch hazel wipes (both help, but you can only use hydrocortisone for a week or two, and witch hazel never fully healed anything for me). My first night using this I finally got a full nights sleep in years because I did not wake up and have to scratch! I am so happy I could cry!!

I fully endorse this product! I had an issue for months, tried multiple products with no success. In desperation, I ordered Pranicura. In a few days my issue improved, in a week or so, completely resolved! I now only use as needed for flair ups. It is incredible how well this relatively unknown product has worked for me.

I am about to buy my second jar of Pranicur here in the UK. I can honestly say that, had I not tried Pranicura, I dont know where I would be. I was constantly in pain, awake through the night, and constantly tensing. I was at my wits end and so I thought I would try this cream, which has been transformational. I would recommend it to anyone experiencing severe pain and discomfort.

I bought this cream out of desperation as nothing was relieving my itching and hemorrhoid. Used it twice a day for about 10 days then once a day for 7 days and now use every 3-4 days! The itching is gone and my hemorrhoid is almost completely gone! The cooling is a little intense when starting this cream but does lighten up after time! Definitely recommend this cream as it will last a long time for sure, and is worth every penny in my opinion!

Excellent product. After visiting a couple of Doctors and they diagnosed me with Anal Fissure, of which the only solution was surgery. After searching many alternatives I found this magnificent product and after approximately 30 days, to my surprise, I found total relief. and after that I do applications from time to time for the hemorrhoid problem. But in truth the results are incredible. Of course there was no surgery. I am truly very grateful to the inventors and sellers of this product.

Pranicura helps with the itch for sure. The relief is so nice after a year of itch. It is important to remember that hemorrhoids do not like to be wet. I did not find that it helped shrink the hemhorroids but if you stop itching they will shrink on their own.

I have suffered with fissues for years and have used various creams but nothing healed me. I have been using pranicura everyday for the last 6 weeks and I feel 90% healed. No pain anymore! I am not keen on the menthol, but not enough for me to stop using it. I highly recommend this product
