This was a life saver! Nothing else worked anywhere as well. I was in so much pain and desperate for help. When this came in the mail, I followed the directions to a T. Within a week, I was in much less pain. So thankful! Within 3 weeks I was nearly back to normal. I don’t know what I would have done without it ! Thank you!

I am so grateful for Pranicura! I used it for 8 weeks as directed and my anal fissure is finally healed and I am pain free. BMs were so painful and the gel my doctor prescribed did not heal it permanently and only made it worse because it tightened the anus making it harder to go. I now am healed and pain free, I use Pranicura once per day now just to be certain it doesnt return. A little dab is all it takes and it will last a long time. Thank you so much!!

Well, the very first time I applied it, I cried. So I washed it off and gave myself a week to heal my fissures a bit using polysporin. My second attempt has led me to over a month of no real itching or pain. I can sleep! I can sit! You get it…life again. Do not give up. Worth the money and in my case, the tears.

After trying numerous other creams, with no success, this product works! Itching was gone within a week. Well worth the money, as the amount of product goes a long way and will last a long time.

This product is for real. If you have this problem buy it. I’m on my 2nd order and it’s the only product that has EVER helped me. I don’t usually write reviews. This product warrants a 5 star review.
