Easy Refund Policy:  If you are dissatisfied for any reason, simply send us an email (within 6 months of the purchase date) and we will refund the purchase price of up to one jar of the product (shipping charges are non-refundable).  No need to return the unused product.  Less than 2% of our customers ever want a refund but if you are dissatisfied for any reason, simply email us and you will get your money back.  It's that easy.  We know the Pranicura treatment works for almost everyone and we stand behind it with the easiest refund process possible.  Email:


Shipping Policy:  Orders are shipped within 24-48 hours of receipt Monday through Friday. We have shipped Pranicura to over 80 countries. All orders are shipped from Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA. Domestic orders are shipped via the US postal service. Typical delivery time in the USA is 2-5 business days. International orders are shipped via DHL Global Mail.  DHL gets the package to your local post office and then your postal service makes the final delivery to your home. A tracking number is emailed to you automatically upon shipment.  You can track your package by entering the tracking number at  Once the postal service gets the package from DHL, the tracking number changes to your postal service tracking system.  Your postal tracking number is found by going to the DHL global mail website listed above (NOT the DHL Expedited website), and going to the 3rd line down in the upper right hand corner.  Use that number in your postal service tracking website.  Delivery to destinations in Canada are estimated at 5-8 business days.  All other destinations outside the USA are estimated at 8-14 day delivery time. Some international countries impose an import tax.  We have no way to collect and pay this tax for you.  Your Postal Service collects this tax.  They will leave you a note instructing you to go to your local post office to pick up the package and pay this tax.

If your product is lost during delivery and never arrives we will either refund your money in full (including shipping costs) or resend a replacement, whichever you choose.
