Although I feel that it did help, I had to stop using pranicura as I developed a sensitivity to it. The burning got worse when I started the 2nd container.

I found the narrative presented on the website as to how this product was invented to be compelling, which caused me to give it a try. Rarely do products completely live up to their marketing claims. Quite simply, Pranicura does! I dont know why, or if anyone else does either. Doesnt matter, it works. After seeing two proctologists (neither came close to fixing my problem), I gave up and just suffered with my problem for about 10 years. Out of desperation, I gave this product a try. I still have to use it about once a month, but still--problem solved!

This product changed my life and gave me the pain relief that nothing else could. If you are in debilitating pain and cannot find relief anywhere else this product is worth a try. I have used it now for 5 years and it has changed my life.

I developed an insanely intense itch last fall. I tried dermatologist prescribed cream and steroids for itching. It seemed every thing I tried made it worse. At wits end, in the middle of the night I came across Pranicura. If was in such agony I thought what do I have to lose. It immediately stopped my itching and soothes my skin. I always thought if I could just stop the itch my skin would heal. I was right and this cream provided relief from itching that I could not achieve with any other product, method or diet.

I decided to try Pranicura after doing some research online and coming across it. I spent quite a bit of time going thru all of the reviews and decided it couldn’t hurt to try. I followed the directions and I could feel it working almost immediately. I can now say that it has truly worked to help heal me after multiple weeks of use. This product worked for me and has been a literal lifesaver!

God bless this product. I no longer have to deal with sleepless nights or constant itchy anus.

I was desperate because I was in so much pain . It was so bad that I had to take pain medication every 4hrs . Once I started using Pranicura within two weeks I did not need to take any medication . I will highly recommend Pranicura for anyone suffering with anal fissure .

I had not gone to work in 3 days because of the pain and burning. I have prescribed medication that has done NOTHING! I don’t know what the long term will be but within minutes (no exaggeration) of applying this I feel so much relief. So much so that I’m in tears. THANK YOU! If anyone is reading this and is hesitant- I would pay $100+ for this without hesitation. This is what should first be given to anyone who has a fissure- I’m just in so much disbelief that I suffered this long (previous fissure as well) without it.
