Only thing I’ve ever found that works. My life would be worse without it. Possibly unbearable.

I have dealt with this issue for 4 years. Every time I get out of the shower and after every BM, uncontrollable itching and bleeding that can only be fixed by scratching which ultimately brings a feeling of euphoria. Following the directions EXACTLY on the Pranicura ointment has healed me completely. Initially I did not follow the complete directions. One application made it better for two days, but the itch came back. I then followed the directions exactly. I am now 4 weeks itch free and ointment free. THIS STUFF IS A LIFE CHANGER!

I wanted to write this review for the skeptical people out there (like I was). I had the embarrassing and excruciating problem of an anal fissure (and hemorrhoids, yay) that I tried to treat on my own with fiber, miralax, sitz baths, hemorrhoid creams and wipes, you name it. Nothing worked so I finally went to a doctor, who prescribed a petroleum based ointment with diltiazem in it (to relax the muscle to let the fissure heal). That didnt work and actually seemed to cause more pain. I couldnt sit down without terrible pain. It was really bad, it was consuming my days and preventing me from doing things!

When the doctors fixes were not helping, I went to the internet, found and ordered a natural oil that promised to fix it. That didnt help, in fact, made the pain worse. I was worried I was going to have to have surgery, and scared of even more pain and healing time after that!

THEN I found Pranicura, and I was of course very skeptical after my "oil" experience, but I was also desperate, so I ordered it. I followed the instructions to a T and it is working! I had relief within a week and I am about six weeks into it and Id say I am 85% healed. I will probably continue to use this forever after bowel movements just to protect the area - because I NEVER want to go through that again! It was the worst.

Pranicura WORKS. If you are suffering like I was, just try it. After reading the instructions I realized a lot of the other remedies I was trying were probably making things worse (peri bottle sprayer, petroleum based ointments, etc). Pranicura worked and I am so grateful that I literally got my life back! I ordered a backup jar and I now will probably order one more after writing this review because I never want to run out. Just try it, and be patient. If you have a severe fissure like I did, it isn't going to cure you overnight. But if you are consistent and follow the instructions, it will help you and you will get your life back.

My wife has suffered with anal fissures for almost 3 years now; and being a diabetic she tends not to heal quickly. The doctor we consulted gave a choice of surgery (with all it’s possible side effects) or just keeping it clean and let it heal. We opted against surgery. Needless to say after almost 3 years of daily cleaning with colloidal silver and application of a silver ointment the fissures were still with her. They would start to close only to reappear. While surfing the internet I saw an ad for the Pranicura II and decided to try it figuring I could always request a refund if it didn’t work. Because of the obvious location of the fissures I would snap a daily photo of them before cleaning for my wife to see. Each time they reappeared my wife would become discouraged. Now, after only 3 weeks of daily use of Pranicura II the fissures are almost totally gone. My wife after viewing the daily photo commented - I guess you’re not getting your money back. She is extremely happy with the results of our daily application of Pranicura II. Now if you could only find something to help with her diabetes.

I initially bought Pranicura for chronic anal itching after a recommendation from a dermatology PA. She had no direct experience with it, but saw the good reviews online. Honestly, going in, I was fairly skeptical of an over-the-counter product after trying a few other creams and treatments without much relief. My doubts were unfounded though as I can confidently say a year and a half later that Pranicura really works. I've only had to purchase one refill between September 2019 and February 2021 so the amortized cost is quite reasonable as well!

I was told that my fissures were so bad that I would have to have surgery. There can be many complications with this surgery. I searched the internet and this product was mentioned in a forum, so I took a chance. I am so grateful for this inexpensive treatment. I cannot say that I am cured yet, but I am certainly on the mend and close to it. I highly recommend it!

This product has my highest recommendation, as I could not be happier with this product for use in preventing and treating anal fissures. I underwent both an anal fissurectomy and sphincterectomy in 2014, had while that was enough to keep most severe issues from reoccuring, the stress of work and now the pandemic both wreck havoc on my bowels- where I would likely be suffering from fairly regular fissures if not for this product. I use after every bowel movement now, which is a bit of a hassle to always making sure I carry this product with me. Yet, I am fully accepting of this routine because I know that it is effective in preventing serious fissures, and most importantly, allowing healing to happen almost immediately following a difficult bowel movement. When my diet has gotten so inconsistent that I still experience a fissure, it will usually resolve itself within 1-2 applications of this product. Unfortunately I don't see myself handling stress in a more sustainable way in the near future, but it is such a relief to experience a pain-free life after what I can only describe as some of the most miserable pain and discomfort in years past.

I'm back now to buy a 2 more containers- one to replace my first jar, and a 2nd to keep with me in my work bag.

I apologize for waiting over a year to write this review but your product is as advertised. I felt relief on first application and almost completely healed within 2 weeks. 4 weeks completely healed. I barely used any of product jar is still mostly full my skin has been brand new down there ever since for over a year now. Nobody should doubt this product. I cannot thank you enough.
