I was in a miserable condition for a long time and ordered this product out of desperation. Some relief came immediately but it did take some time to experience full healing. Totally worth every penny!

I suffer from severe non-itchy anal fissures and hemorrhoids. It became worst when I started with the Keto diet. I was straining due to constipation. I have been bleeding when I have bowel movements for the past 5 weeks. I tried hemorrhoidal pads, all Preparation H products like wipes, cream with Lidocaine, cooling gel, ointment. You name it I tried them all. I tried using cold compress, ice chips. I tried hemorrhoid pills claiming it will heal the fissure. It got worst, I became more constipated. I tried psyllium husk, it didn’t work either. Stool softener and laxatives are not for long term use. Sitz bath for 3 times per day seemed helpful. I was desperate. I read all the reviews. I was eager to give it a try. I know it is pricey but I didn’t care because I was desperate to be healed. After 10 days of following exactly the steps in the flyer that was enclosed I was basically healed. I was surprised that there was no blood for the very first time. Along with applying it 2-6 times per day, sitz bath twice daily, 90% high fiber diet and pro biotic pill, I can say I am healed. I will continue to use it and apply it less per day until I can say I am completely healed. I want to thank the makers of Pranicura. Give this a try. It will be worth it. Have faith in this product.

I've been suffering from anal itching for quite a while, without really knowing why. I found pranicura on the internet and gave it a try.
The product is excellent for relieving itching. I follow the instructions and spend all day without any discomfort. However, the problem persists, that is, I cannot cure myself of it. But I recommend it as a way to relieve the symptom.

I am so thankful for this company and this product. I have been using it for 9 months. Cortisone works for me, but I was told in my 20s that the skin was already thinning. I am in my 50s and have tried to avoid cortisone the past 30 years until I could not stand the itching any longer. Now I have something safe and effective. I dont think that I have ever written a review, but this medicine was so helpful to me, I thought my review might encourage someone else to give it a try.

When first purchased I though it was quite pricey but after finding out what little needed to be used, it was well worth it and it lasted a long time. Relief after just a minute or two, best thing ever!
