    I tried what the doctor prescribed and it only would work for about an hour then back to the itching and burning. Soon as I tried this product I was able to get relief instantly for the entire night. If you follow the instructions it will work!

    This product was a waste of money as far as I was concerned and will be checking out their money back refund shortly.
    Absolutely no use for anal fissures and following the directions perfectly found no relief at all.
    My honest opinion.

    Had no itching - just fissures and hemorrhoids
    I followed directions completely and within 3-4 weeks these issues are pretty much gone. I figured it was worth a try and I am glad I did.

    I’ve had anal fissures on three separate occasions and the Pranicura treatment works. I’ve used countless other creams and compounds and was given a Botox shot, but none of which were as effective as Pranicura. Follow the directions and give it a few weeks to work and you won’t be disappointed! Thank you Pranicura!
