    Omg when I was diagnosed with diabetes I started having anal itch really bad. But once I bought this product it worked so well. Follow the directions completely. I used to use it three times a day. After three weeks I use it once every other day. The best product ever!

    I have had chronic fissures for years. My most recent bout of pain and rectal bleeding led me to try Pranicura. Both pain and bleeding stopped quickly. I just completed my first few weeks of treatment and will definitely finish eight weeks as I never want these fissures to return.

    After using two different prescription creams, as well as suppositories for my fissure, I thought I had nothing more to lose by trying Pranicura. I can happily report I have been pain free from my fissure for the first time in YEARS! It did take a few weeks, but if you use as directed, it really does work.

    If you are using an anal fissure product that you saw on Amazon, I probably used it. STOP. Buy Pranicura. It's not a miracle cure. The company tells you it'll take a few weeks and it did take that long. And you will probably still have a few bad days during that time. But it's worth the time and you will get relief and ultimately healing if you follow the instructions. Wish I had followed my original instinct to buy this way before I did. It's well worth the money.
