    I have suffered quietly with chronic anal itching for over 10 years trying products from doctors that made it worse!!     After a couple years of trying a number of things that didn't help much , I found pranicura online. I was skeptical that this would relieve the itching , but after two weeks of applying , I started to feel the difference. In four weeks I was able to sleep without waking and itching. I do still get occasional flare ups , but overall this product is worth the money.

    I have had a painful anal fissure this year. To avoid any prescription treatment from my doctor, I took a gamble on an online purchase from the USA to NZ. I've used Pranicura for a few weeks now, applying once or twice a day. It provided good relief from the initial pain within a couple of days. Now after regular application, the fissure has calmed down and I find the cream provides relief straight away. The cream did cause a bit of heat when applied in the first week (from the menthol), but I barely notice now. I think the fissure is significantly improved though it is still there. The cream is easy to apply and smells pleasant. It's the first cream I have used that provides certain soothing relief from the pain. It appears the jar will last many months. I appreciated reading customer reviews before making my purchase. It was worth the $USD price and I would recommend it.
