    I never ever do a review for any product but just had to for this.. Hands down the BEST product I have ever bought..I have had an anal fissure for 8 months and OMG you know the pain..UNBEARABLE..instant relief after 3 applications..I will be buying more..DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR...The best money you will ever spend

    I have been using the cream for 4 - 5 weeks and followed the instructions. I noticed some improvement in the first few days and the itch continues to improve. I am using it only about once per day now.

    Honestly this stuff works. Stick with it. It does supply some instant relief but it really kicks in after a few days.
    I've suffered with this problem since the 90's and this gets the job done. Highly recommend!

    I have had extreme itching for 16 years. This product is a miracle! I had relief my very first night and within a week, all itching gone. I used it a bit longer just to heal everything back here. I tell everyone I meet about this product and will show it to my VA doctor when I see him next. Nobody needs to suffer. Why is it so hard to find products like this that solve the problem! THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!

    I had a very large Fisher that developed, I used panicura and less then 2 months it went away. Fabulous panicura you saved me a trip to the doctor.
