    Thought I could cure my problem myself, so I bought this product. Did not work. A trip to the dr. did the trick: cortisone and lidocaine!

    About to buy just seeing if they are genuine reviews by seeing if i could leave one myself. Looks like genuine product and genuine great feedback just going by me myself allowing to leave a review. I am suffuring from anal itchy. Just making sure its all real. Im feeling confident its all real.

    I cannot believe this. I tried every single thing to rid myself of this. I woke up itching most nights. The itch dominated my life. I began using this in August. It did get worse for a bit. And it seemed like it took forever. But by Dec. I don't even use it anymore unless I need it. NO ITCHING at night, or day, even after bowel movements. IT WORKS!

    I had suffered with severe, badly bleeding anal fissures for 10 years. Multiple "scopes", wipes, fiber, stool softeners, topical applications, etc had little to no effect. My anus was so perpetually swollen that I often had to bear down to PASS GAS. I dreaded every trip to the bathroom, and was beginning to wonder if this is what my life was going to be like, and how I would continue to live with it.

    I started using Pranicure at Thanksgiving, 2015. By Christmas, I had no pain, no bleeding, and was passing much easier due to reduced swelling. Since then, I have not had one instance of pain, bleeding, itching, or swelling in two full years.

    This is literally a miracle! It is difficult for anyone who has not experienced this issue to understand what chronic pain during bowel movements is like, but, today, I still truly appreciate what a simple pleasure it is every day.

    2 years of agony, thousands of dollars wasted on dermatologists, biopsies, cultures, and steroids. Eventually doctor told me to just use steroids every day for life. Then I found this product and despite the wonky website, I tried it. My life has improved 10X.

    I have started getting fissures more frequently it seems and would just use Neosporin to try and help heal it. It would take a while to fully heal then another fissure would surface. This product helps with the pain and I feel heals the fissure faster.
