    This product brought very quick results but I found that if I stopped using it because symptoms disappeared, then the problem returned reasonably quickly... so persevere is what I learned!

    This is a very embarrassing problem to have to deal with on a regular basis, and even talk to your doctor about. When you do get up the courage to talk to the doctor, I have found I am not taken seriously, and the Rx they give is for some kind of topical steroid which doesn't work. I took the chance and ordered this cream in the middle of the night about a year ago when I was really suffering. It worked. Sometimes you need to apply more often, and other times I can go weeks without it. It is something I don't ever want to have to go without. It is the only thing I have found that actually works.

    I'm always somewhat cynical when I see nothing but positive reviews, but I took a chance and bought. Guaranteed money back , so not that much of chance. I'll be darned. It works.I'm about two months in and no more fissure pain. No more dreading the morning bm.

    I have been to the doctors multiple times, had internal hemorrhoids banded, tried several different creams from the doctor and no relief. I have been dealing with this for 2 years. I decided to purchase this cream based on reviews. What did I have to lose. I lost the ITCH ! I have only applied this 4 times in over 2 weeks and haven't had any itching. I hope this isn't short lived but so far it's been a miracle !!!

    Pranicure is the only product that worked for me. Relief came fast. After a few days of treatment, my issue had all but disappeared. No more suffering. I will never be without it again.

    The cream is good for relieving itching, but doesn't seem to cure the underlying problem. More work is needed!

    I have used this ointment for around a year, and it has given me really fantastic results, completely stops all itching.
