    I had tried several products and nothing was working at all finally saw a blurb for Pranicure and figured I had nothing to lose. Thank goodness I got it! This worked and fast too... I have been almost itch free most of the time and if I do get any itch back I use a very small amount of Pranicure and its gone.

    Pranicure works well at first. Within 3 or 4 applications, the itching and pain seemed to be gone. But twice now in the last couple of months, the itching and sometimes bleeding will come back and I have to apply it again. I was hoping the problem would be gone for good.

    I followed the instruction provided along with my shipment for several weeks with no measurable improvement. I do not see that it is any better than other stuff on the market and feel it is a waste of money.

    This product brought very quick results but I found that if I stopped using it because symptoms disappeared, then the problem returned reasonably quickly... so persevere is what I learned!

    This is a very embarrassing problem to have to deal with on a regular basis, and even talk to your doctor about. When you do get up the courage to talk to the doctor, I have found I am not taken seriously, and the Rx they give is for some kind of topical steroid which doesn't work. I took the chance and ordered this cream in the middle of the night about a year ago when I was really suffering. It worked. Sometimes you need to apply more often, and other times I can go weeks without it. It is something I don't ever want to have to go without. It is the only thing I have found that actually works.

    I'm always somewhat cynical when I see nothing but positive reviews, but I took a chance and bought. Guaranteed money back , so not that much of chance. I'll be darned. It works.I'm about two months in and no more fissure pain. No more dreading the morning bm.
