    I was really suffering with intense anal area itch until I found and tried Pranicura cream. I followed the directions as stated, had almost instant relief the first night, and slept without interruption. I don’t have to use much or for very often, it actually stops the insane itch.     Just received my second jar. I was scraping the bottom of my first jar and could not imagine running out. I dont need it all the time, but when I do, I cannot imagine being without it. When I travel, it comes with me just in case I need it. This stuff really works!

    I have tried Preparation H, other lidocaine products, various ointments ... none worked. Pranicura 100 percent resolved my misery from fissures and hemorrhoids within days. I will never be without it.
