I've suffered for a number of years, and I have found complete relief after about 6 weeks of using the product. I was delighted with my purchase - there is plenty of product in a container, and I have plenty left in case of recurrence.

I was very skeptical but desperate to try anything. I have suffered from hemorrhoids for over 25 years but for the last 2 years suffering from a fissure. For the last 4 months it bleeds with every bowel movement and was extremely painful along with hemorrhoidal flareups. I even resorted to importing items from Poland that stated it helped fissures/hemorrhoids, Nothing has been working and I was contemplating going to MD to see about surgery. I read the reviews of Pranicure on this website and it just seemed to good to be true, but being desperate I ordered it. I received my order Tuesday April 4th and immediately applied it. From reading other posts I knew what to expect. Some people stated it "burned" when applied. I felt it as a extreme "cooling" sensation, but I weathered through the feeling. The next two days with my bowel movements I still had bleeding. On Friday April 7th I had no bleeding with my bowel movement. I was amazed and in shock since I had been bleeding daily for over 4 months. It is now the 17th and I have not had any bleeding. I also do not have as severe protruding hemorrhoids as I did before. I am continuing to apply daily x2 and am hopeful it will fully cure my fissure and my hemorrhoids over time. I can not thank you enough for developing something that works. After spending hundreds if not thousands of dollars on over the counter items that barely took the edge off, I finally have relief!!! Anyone who has suffered from hemorrhoids or fissures should give this a try, you won't be sorry. BTW, this is only my second time endorsing any product, I usually do not post online at all.

Had used this before, for itching. Had an anal fissure repair by an ND in Portland OR, he is the best. So, have this jar, I had not used for a while. Had some diarrhea for a few days which brought back an itch. Used Pranicure (still carry the jar with me), that, after a few applications, worked just fine. I have a cortisone cream that works okay, but, this cream works well. Glad I still have the jar. May need to order another jar of the stuff.

I remember distinctly the first time I felt that little tingly itch after a bowel movement 7 years ago. Thought I was developing a hemorrhoid as I stand on my feet all day with work and was getting closer to age 50. I honestly thought I was doomed for eternity. 3 days ago I got this "miracle in a jar". There are no words to describe its effectiveness but a miracle. I studied the ingredients as I'm into more natural healing, and the zinc oxide, menthol and thymol are well documented healing agents. I cannot thank the makers of this product enough. I would have paid $1000 for relief. The cost of this product is MORE than reasonable. Don't hesitate.

Pranicure has helped me in just over a week after years of suffering. The itch has not completely gone but it no longer impacts on my day to day life and I can sleep through the night. Thank you thank you thank you xxx
