This is great to stop the pain without steroids, but hasn't healed my anal fissure yet after 60 days. They say it takes up to 90 days so I'm still hoping :(

I struggled with a fissure and hemorrhoid for about a year and used all sorts of ointments and suppositories for help but to no avail. At first this product stings, but over time it doesn't bother you at all. Eventually you begin to heal. Give it about 3 to 4 weeks to begin to show good results. Follow the directions to a tee. Keep some on hand for weekly maintenance. It only took one jar to get my problems completely under control. But as I said before, it's good to always have some on hand for maintenance.
This is no joke, the darn stuff works!

Application per the instructions over the first 3 weeks resulted in an almost complete reduction in the anal itching. Just use it occasionally now.

This product does not cure the problem completely but it is by far the best thing I've found and is quite literally a life saver when your in that itch scratch cycle. It is expensive and if you are getting it to the UK you have to pay an additional import tax of about £14...it is still worth it! I have tried everything over the past 15 years, cream, steroids even painful injections. I eat healthily and drink over 3ltrs of water a day but ever since an operation in my 20s I've struggled with fissures which then goes on to pruritus ani this product helps to cool and calm and means I can get a good night sleep.

This cream actually prevented me from losing my mind. I experienced great results.....the relief the Pranicure treatment brings me is life changing and i would be lost without it.

This produce is very expensive when converted to Australian Dollars, I do wish it was cheaper...However, it works!!! I had suffered on and off for 20 years! But this year was the worst. I couldn't see myself recovering from this hideous, embarrassing condition. I was in a very, very nasty-bad way. 4 weeks into applying the ointment I questioned to myself, 'do I continue, or not'. After reading a reviewers comment stating "persevere" I thought I would continue until the jar was finished.
It took about 6 weeks for me to get results I NEEDED, and about 8 weeks to be over the moon. Since then, I only apply if needed, once or twice a week or less. Unfortunately I have come to the end of the jar and now I need to repurchase...I'm just hoping the exchange rate is in my favour.
