    I WAS AT A LOSS OF WHAT TO DO FOR MY PROBLEM. SO UNCOMFORTABLE , FELT LIKE SOMEONE HAD HIT ME IN THE ASS WITH A SLEDGE HAMMER. THEN I FOUND PRANICURE! WAS THE BEST 40 BUCKS I HAVE EVER SPENT ON MY FISSURE. THIS STUFF REALLY SOOTHES AND COOLS! ALSO, A LITTLE GOES A LONG WAY WITH THIS STUFF. I HAVE A DESK JOB, SO BEING COMFORTABLE IS A MUST! THANKS FOR THIS GREAT PRODUCT!

    Be patient, follow the directions, it really works. Well worth the cost of shipping it internationally, because guess what ... there is nothing else in the world like it!

    I tried several other products that didn't work. My surgeon recommended Pranicure. I was a little put off by the price but it has been a godsend. It worked immediately.

    This product worked to a certain extent. However, I found a more better product with the Gel that worked and last longer. Also- a lot cheaper! Thanks!

    This is an excellent product. It works best if you follow the instructions to the letter! Although it isn't cheap to buy, one little jar of ointment will last me for several months. And I'll be back for more. 5 stars.
