I am 24. So I was suffering from this HORRIBLE diagnosis for about 4 years. I went to the dr finally and she examined me and honestly she didn't know what to do for me. I researched online and tried everything I could think of. I would cry because it would get so bad and I felt it was taking over my life!! I finally came upon the pranicure website and read about it, and was shocked to see so many positive reviews! I was a little hesitant about it, because it's only sold online but I was so in need of help! When I first tried it it burned a little, and I didn't know if it was really going to work or not. STICK WITH IT!! don't give up! follow the directions exactly like it says and IT WILL WORK!!!! After about 3 week I was SYMPTOM FREE!!! It's been over a week since I've last applied it!! THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR MAKING THIS PRODUCT!!!!!!!!!! Pranicure gave me my life back!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've waited to write this review because I noticed most people write them immediately when they get relief but I a) didn't want to tempt fate and b) wanted to see if the effects wore off in time as so often they do with products. So:
As others have said it isn't a total cure, however, from trying anything and everything, including paying privately to see a Consultant who told me everything looked normal and to stop using all these creams and just not think about the itch !!! I was desperate after a year and a half.
The Pranicure wasn't cheap especially to the UK.
I started using it and it got so much WORSE! ! I wanted to give up so many times but I read and reread the reviews and the info sheet that came with the cream. Everyone said keep going so I did. I then turned a corner after about 12 days and everything suddenly calmed and I only needed the cream once per day but right up to day 29 I still couldn't imagine not actually getting to the point where I didn't need the cream. Then day 30 something just calmed that bit more and on day 31 I went without! !! And for 3 days it was fine but a very vague itch crept back so I did the routine that day and then was fine for a whole week! This was 3 months ago and now on average I need the cream once per week. When I say need, it's more a vague start of an itch that I think dare I leave. Maybe I should, but I panic.
In summary, it got far worse before it improved, it took the full 30 days they say it might, it isn't a total cure but it's fab! !

I figured "What have I got to lose?" So after it was delivered to me, I read the directions and it said just give it a month or so... I did and I'm not saying I cured; but I'm glad I followed the directions. After 10 years of itching, finally relief! I only have to use it occasionally now. This product stops the itching immediately. I won't be without a jar from now on.

The testimonials I read were the strongest motivator, along with my desperation, for checking this out. The price is nothing if it solves my problem. I had tried many things, including a nitroglyceran prescription, that has worked some years earlier, but when I was younger and more predisposed to healing. After trying the product for a few days, as instructed, things improved. It healed my fissure and did address itching. I still have some residual problems, and use this as applicable. But my problem went from a 100 in severity to now around 10 or 20. I am happy to give this testimonial, because I think the people who invented this and market it somehow care about people and also have a product that works. Well done!

For years I have suffered with pruritus ani.
