    If you have anal fissures, this is a must have. I thought it was kind of expensive at first. Then, I tried it and it is well worth the money!!!!

    I have been using this for 6 months now and just came back to buy another jar. This is by far the best OTC product I have used and it is well worth the cost. I have struggled for years and it flares up from time to time and I found Pranicura not only helps prevent flare ups but also reduces the length and severity if I do have one.

    Works OK. Very soothing. However, the product name is "PRANICURA" but it did not CURA my continual itch and flaking.

    I have anal itching and this began to work on the very first application. I no longer wake up during the night as long as I put it on before going to bed. I have bought additional bottles to share with others. I will definitely buy more for myself when needed. I only wish I had known of this before I just happened to stumble across it.

    This is the best product I have tried for anal itching and hemorrhoids. It easy to use and a small amount goes a long way.

    I have been dealing with a fissure for almost a year and this is the first treatment that seems like it will work. Relief is almost instantaneous. Wish I had tried this months ago.

    I have been fighting a fissure on and off for years and during an especially bad flare up, I honestly thought I was going to have to have surgery. My brother is a gastroenterologist and said that was probably the route I was on as I had tried every topical on the market that he had recommended to that point. I was in non stop pain. I found this after searching for something new to try and it had so many good reviews I thought why not? Believe the hype!! It takes a while to really clear things up especially if you’re really struggling like I was but keep with it, eventually it will work its magic. Its seriously a miracle cure. I am feeling almost completely normal and keep a jar on hand for maintenance. But it has been a life saver. I told my brother how good it is and he is now prescribing it to patients as a last ditch effort to avoid surgery. Try it, seriously. I am SO grateful I did!!
