I will admit I was a non believer. I read the reviews for a few weeks before I decided to buy the product. I thought this can't be true. I've tried so many things and lived with this embarrassing condition for years. Pranicure worked in under a week. In two weeks I only use it once a day. No more scratching no uncomfortable feelings and I'm back to normal. I feel great. The price is worth it! Don't hesitate buy it right now! If you're on the fence about this product, just do it!! It is worth every cent. My Doctor prescribed a medicine that cost $500 (thank goodness my insurance paid for most of it) and it did not work. I would cry at night because I was so uncomfortable and in pain. The itching was unbelievable. I had a fissure and had the worst time going to the bathroom. It did take me almost until the 30 day mark to get complete relief....but felt a difference almost immediately! This situation was taking over my life. I finally feel so much better! This product is unbelievable!

Thanks to Pranicure! I experienced pruritis ani just out of nowhere, i dont know the cause and im very disturbed by it. I am a nurse so immediately consulted it to one of our doctors with a fear maybe its piles, hemorrhoids or something. Fortunately its not something for surgery, we did some lab test, prescribes some anti bacterial/ fungal creams. Nothing worked. With my desperation, i searched online for a cure and i saw pranicure. At first i was afraid it was a scam, and the price is quite expensive, but the disturbance i'm experiencing caused me to go for it, and i'm happy i did. The product arrived fast. I used the product like just for one week and i was healed totally! I thought i'll carry this burden for my whole life. Anyways for those experiencing pruritus ani, that even skin doctors cant find out the treatment, do try this cream.

Like many other reviewers I was at my wits end with the intense itching and absolutely nothing I tried worked, Vaseline, hydrocortisone cream, betamethasone, clotrimazole, Diflucan and even prescriptions creams did nothing but exacerbate the itching. In desperation searching the Web I found this site. I read all the reviews for 2 solid days trying to decide whether to give it a try. Finally I decided it had to be legitimate with all these great reviews so I bought a jar. From the very first day I had immediate relief from the intense itching. I did have to use it 3 times a day at first, especially at bedtime, which is the worst time for me but now at a little more than a week of use I can see immense improvement. All I can say is, if you have been suffering, buy it, follow the directions and you will be willing to pay any amount of money for it. I will make sure I am never without a jar.

Went to the doctor-very embarassing. He gave me a cream that did nothing. I've tried many other over the counter products too. This is the only product I have found that works.

I suffered from an anal fissure after having my second baby. The fissure would flare up over the past 2 years if I sat too long, not enough fiber or riding my horse. It was a pain to work around the issue. I tried Pranicure for 2 weeks and have had no rectal bleeding since. I really couldn't believe how effective it was. When i was treating myself I used it no more than 6 times in those 2 weeks. Then I only needed it once a week, and now only every so often. I knew I had a fissure because I had an exam done, so I knew what I was treating. Follow the directions exactly as they have them written when you get the package. Thank you for such a great product...this saved me from getting a colonoscopy and a surgery. I felt the surgeon was rushing me to do the surgery and I didn't feel it was serious enough to warrant all that hassle. Thank you again.
