It is wonderful and gives great relief.

Problems down there can be life altering and embarrassing to deal with and most doctors suggest surgery or medications that dont work because that is what they are taught. This product works and they actually explain how the ingredients work so you can research any questions beyond that. Surgery corrected one problem only to face agonizing post surgery pain but did not promote fissure healing as was indicated by doctor. Pranicura has helped provide a normal life again and avoid a second surgery for over 5 years. I would consider it a healing ointment to this point. So thankful for this treatment and the research that led to its effectiveness.

I used this product didnt work for me I was so disappointed

After spending hundreds of dollars on prescription meds that didnt work, figured what’s another $$? The reviews were fantastic and they are 100 percent right. So glad I tried this. It is magical! Best treatment I have found after years of agony. It really works!

Experienced severe anal itching for many years (over 15 years). Received ointment from a doctor, which alleviated the extreme itch but did not fully resolve the issue. The itching persisted, occurring every single morning. Some years later, I consulted another doctor who prescribed another cream, but did not completely stop the consistent morning itch.

Discovered relief with Pranicura after using it for less than two weeks, and not even on a daily basis. Its been weeks since any urge to scratch, and the itching has substantially diminished. If there is a slight temptation to scratch, its so mild that the cream isnt even necessary, and most of the time, there is no temptation at all. I would estimate that its about 97-98 percent healed. Grateful for a solution that broke what I once believed was an unbreakable habit.

I am never one to leave reviews on anything but I feel obligated to let others struggling with this embarrassing issue know! I suffered from anal fissures after the birth of my son.... for over a year in excruciating pain every single day. It was taking a toll on all aspects of my life. I was in daily pain, saw every doctor you can think of, tried all the antibiotic creams the doctor prescribes, the stool softeners, even had a procedure to do botox ...doctor recommended ... and NOTHING WORKED! It was very frustrating, I cried in the doctors office thinking I would never see a day of relief and this was how I had to live my life. I was told I would need surgery next but not until I was done having children. I ordered this stuff and it has been the only thing to help me over anything else i have tried! I am by no means healed completely but this has made a HUGE difference for me !

This product works better than the prescription product I have for a fissure and anal itch, I am finally at peace again

I have suffered from internal hemorrhoids, and they prolapse to the outside often
I was using many different ointments and they helped but very little
I found Pranicura watching a video about hemorrhoids, so I gave it a try, and yes it works better than other products, Preparation H is nothing compared to Pranicura.
I have now been using Pranicura for about a month and my issues have improved, my internal hemorrhoids are still there but when they prolapse they go back in a short period of time after applying Pranicura I will keep using it, it lasts a long time since you have to apply a small amount you can feel relief right away, you can feel like a burning sensation, which feels good when you have an irritation, this tells me that Pranicura is a strong product, I think its just the best product for hemorrhoids

I had a small fissure for years.
The results of using this product were dramatic. After 2 applications a Day for a couple of weeks, completely healed. Any time I have discomfort, I apply.
