This is hands down the best product! I have not found anything that works as great. You need to follow the product instructions completely, and relief will be yours! I am very satisfied with this product.

I am so grateful I found Pranicura after so many online searches on what to do about this horrible embarrassing anal itching and pain. I suffered for two months thinking I had worms and actually taking several doses of pinworm meds and rigorous cleaning and the symptoms still persisted. I got down on my knees and prayed to the Lord, begging for relief. Well, He answered, and I found Pranicura! I was hopeful with all the positive reviews, so I took a chance and ordered it. So happy to say, it got me feeling 95% better in just about 10 days!! At first I had to apply it about 3-5 times a day, and it would still slightly itch and the menthol feeling, while it didnt burn or sting, I did have to get use to it lol. After the initial 10 days I felt 99% better and I was able to just use it once after the morning bm, more as a preventive before going to work and I was good all day! No itch or pain which has given me my life back! I have had Pranicura for about 8 weeks now and I skip a lot of days (I just forget to use it because I hardly have any itching or pain in my anal area anymore, praise the Lord!!!) If you have this horrible affliction, I am so sorry, but please do yourself a huge favor and try Pranicura! Yes, its a bit pricey but it lasts 6 months-1 year and I have hardly made a dent in it after 2 months. Just getting my sanity and life back is definitely worth the price! Before I purchaesd it, I came to trust pilot first to read all the non-filtered reviews and to see if it was legit, well it definitely is! So many, including myself, have found lasting relief.

I ended up with excruciatingly painful haemorrhoids in 2018 which calmed down with time, although they would flare up occasionally in view of my constipation problems. A fissure then made its appearance a couple of years later, making every visit to the toilet feel like shards of glass were passing through. The constant pulsing from the wound and specks of blood oozing from my backside would come coupled with pain and truly ruin my life. I went so far as to take osmotic laxatives daily to ensure safe passage as my balanced diet was not enough to soften my faeces. Even the slightest hard stool would rip apart quite literally but also figuratively all the careful effort I had put into healing my fissure. How can such a little dab of pink cream ease ones life so durably, I do not know. All I can say is that it has changed mine for the best and I hope it continues doing so.

I started using it according to the instructions they provide and it started helping after about a week and it has only gotten better since then.
So I canceled the surgery and I am so relieved to not have to go through with it because I had heard stories about the recovery and they do not paint a pretty picture of it.
