I have used Pranicura for years. It has given much relief when I experience the small anal fissure I get on occasion, and the frequent itching. Its perfect without the steroids that the DR was giving me.

This relieved itching and pain, but did not shrink or get rid of hemmorrhoids.

I have suffered from hemorrhoids and fissures since my mid 30s.
