I have used Pranicura for years. It has given much relief when I experience the small anal fissure I get on occasion, and the frequent itching. Its perfect without the steroids that the DR was giving me.

This relieved itching and pain, but did not shrink or get rid of hemmorrhoids.

OMG! I don’t know whats in this, I dont even care lol!!! It works so well! I was MISERABLE with pain I could hardly stand for more than a few minutes at a time.
