Well I was really hopeful. It didn't work for me. It does relieve itching, if thats your issue. I used it for more than 8 weeks. 1st week was great, no issues. 2nd week, a mild rash. I read that if you get this, you should push through and keep applying. 3rd week and so on, the rash got worse and worse. After 8th week I was done. Made my hemorrhoids much much worse. Overall, cleaning well and patting dry after each bathroom break and keeping very regular is best for me. Ive been dealing with hemorrhoids for 25 yrs. Now I have this jar that I dont know what to do with.

I have used Pranicura for years, and won’t use anything else! I am on my 4 or 5th jar. I don’t have to use it daily anymore but I always have a jar on hand. I had a fissure and hemorrhoids and had tried all the over counter stuff and went to a proctologist and she prescribed a cream but it didn’t work. I found this on the internet and thought what do I have to lose! It takes a couple weeks to notice real difference but it starts helping immediately. I promise you won’t regret it trying it. I was not given anything free to post this review!!! I’m just hoping it can help someone else with that horrible pain .

After suffering from a fissure for months I stumbled upon this product, and I could not be more thankful. I tried prescription medication from my doctor, otc, homeopathic and they were all just ok. First of all, I am avidly skeptical of all internet sold cures and such. I have suffered from fissures for over a decade. I have been to numerous physicians and at least 4 experts. I am not one of those people that takes the time to review a product. Lets face it, this is not something we will share on our social media pages either ;). I am here in hopes that it will help anyone! I have been suffering from an anal fissure for close to nine months. I have been trying every over-the-counter treatment. In addition to anything I thought might work to help relieve the excruciating pain. After several visits to my doctor, and using a prescribed compound ointment from her that did not work, I was scheduled for surgery. I came across this product and thought I'd give it a try just to see if it would offer me some relief as I waited for my surgery date to arrive. I started it two weeks prior to my scheduled surgery. I felt relief within the first few days and literally so much relief that I canceled my scheduled surgery yesterday. This worked for me!
