I was skeptical, but as much pain as I was in, I decided to give it a try. I tried everything else there was to try and did countless sitz baths UGH! I have had ongoing digestive issues for years. During the worst flare-ups, I become very constipated. Unfortunately, I also inherited a very narrow exit which makes things even worse.
