This product seems to have a lot of great reviews, so I decided to purchase it. I waited for awhile for the product to arrive since it has to shipped to Australia. I have been suffering from anal fissure for almost a year. I tried a lot of products on the market and even the prescription cream from the specialist. I tried this product too, but this also doesn't seem to work. I have been using it for more than 6 weeks and been keeping my stools soft, taking psyllium but still it doesn't work.

A couple months after having my first baby, I developed an anal fissure (28 years old). Constant painful and majority of the time bloody BMs. After confirming the fissure with a doctor, they prescribed an ointment. It worked for a little while, but ultimately did not fix the issue. After 10 months of dealing with the fissure, I was so upset and frustrated about the long term issue. I was about to call the doctor to find a different solution, which could have been surgery. I decided to Google it and this product popped up. Reading the reviews brought me to tears - many people having the same situation saying it brought them relief. I decided to try it out. Now, when it tells you 4-12 weeks to heal, listen and do not give up. After 10 weeks I havent had a bloody or painful stool for almost a month. This product has helped me so much. I highly recommend to anyone suffering.

I have had fissures for almost 12 years off and on and when they happen they last for weeks. With Pranicura after about 3 days they go away. Well worth the money as well. This jar will last years

I do appreciate Pranicura very much. After trying many solutions for 30 years, pranicura gives me relief from chronic anal itch. It has never gone completely away but sometimes I can go several days without needing to apply it. It is a comfort that it is available. I thank God also for noticing it online!

Pranicura 5 cream is like magic its work for me i would recomended for other people who ever suffer from fissure and piles.

Doing reviews is not my thing, but after 4 months of suffering, if this review helps anyone suffering with a fissure, it will be worth it. I did not have your typical symptoms. Rather than pain during or after a bowel movement, I had it the ENTIRE DAY. I did everything the doctor told me to do. Sitting was especially hard and we had to change so many of our plans. We had a trip to Italy planned at the end of May and I was beginning to think I would not be able to endure the flight. I ran across this product and did some investigating to make sure it was not a scam. I figured since nothing else was working, I would give Pranicura a try. I’m so glad I did. I had 5 weeks before my trip to get this fissure better. The week before my trip, I saw a rectal surgeon at a well respected hospital in my area. I showed her what I was using and she also gave me an ointment. She told me I could use either. I tried what she gave me for a day, but it was a thinner consistency and did not soothe the discomfort as well as the Pranicura. By the time we traveled to Italy, my symptoms were minimal and I continued to do treatments while abroad. It is now gone. I still worry about it coming back, but know now that there is something out there that helps. Good luck to anyone suffering with this condition, it’s not fun.

About a month after giving birth to my second baby, I developed a fissure. It was by far the most painful experience of my life. I was in total agony for 3 weeks and using the restroom was the most terrifying part of my day. I mean, I probably should have gone to the ER type of pain. The pain during and after was unimaginable. Within a week or so of using this product I finally had some relief. I tried every over the counter ointment I could find and this is legitimately the only thing that worked. It seemed to actually kickstart the healing process. About a week ago, I had a hard BM and the fissure came back. Not as severely but I resumed treatment and within 3 days, no pain. I will keep a jar on hand forever.
