    I wish I had tried this sooner. I came across it and contemplated it for a couple weeks before I finally gave in. I am blown away. One application and I feel like a new person already. It is seriously a game changer. The best $50 I have ever spent and worth every penny.

    I bought this cream a while back, but did not stick to the instructions exactly and kind of sort of got relief from it. After an almost 2 year fissure that would not heal and some days gave me crippling pain that would leave me in tears, my doctor said the only resolution was surgery. That scared me as I have never had any type of surgery before and decided I had to give this cream one last shot and actually stick to the instructions. I took Magnesium, did a sitz bath, and utilized the cream EVERYDAY for a couple months and I have no more pain!! The fissure is FINALLY healed. I am so thankful for this cream and highly recommend.

    Pranicura is an incredible product and one that I wish I had found even sooner. I suffered from a postpartum fissure, that I tried everything, literally everything, to heal. I had botox, followed an all fiber diet, drank liters of water/day, took daily sitz baths, limited lifting weights, all to no avail. Within a week of using Pranicura my pain dissipated and around 2 months of consistent use, I feel I am close to fully healed. I cannot recommend this product enough, truly life changing!
