For 5 years I have been embarrassed and suffering from chronic itching and pain. This is the first time I have had relief. Over the years, Ive used Pranicura for both anal itching and fissures, and I have found it to be extremely effective in giving relief for both. I keep a jar on hand for the occasional flare up, but most of the time I dont need to use it at all anymore. Excellent product!

I am not one to write reviews, but this cream is a lifesaver! I have lived with an anal fissure for almost 3 years. Not to mention the annoying hemorrhoids. The fissure I had would actively bleed to the point I had to wear a liner to protect myself and feel confident to go out. I was at my breaking point when I stumbled upon this product. I felt I had nothing to lose so I ordered it. Within 2 weeks my bleeding was completely gone and my hemorrhoids had subsided. I used this cream faithfully as directed. All I can say is this, if you are a person who has dealt with this and you think its just another product that won’t work…. It does!!! I will forever be grateful for Pranicura!
