    Itching had me awake at 3:00 am so I started googling treatments and stumbled on pranicura. Small tub arrived yesterday. The ingredients list was not all that impressive so I was skeptical. I was wrong. The relief was almost instant. Itching has stopped. Now I am hopeful that the whole mess may even heal up. Please don’t ever discontinue this product.

    I have had an anal fissure for 1 year. So when your cream arrived I was desperate for it to work.
    I followed the instructions to the book. 4 weeks later I am healed! (For 2 weeks now!!! A bloody Miracle) I’m glad that it has healed without surgery!

    SO I CAME ACROSS THIS PRODUCT ABOUT A YEAR AGO .. WOW HAS MY LIFE CHANGED FOR THE BEST SINCE THEN :’))) .. I CAN NOT THANK THIS PRODUCT ENOUGH FOR HELPING DEAL WITH MY FISSURE , I WAS DOWN BAD LOSING HOPE TRYING EVERYTHING CONSIDERING SURGERY .. BUT THEN I HEARD ABOUT THIS PRODUCT FROM A USER ON YOUTUBE .     I did not expect this product would work. I had tried so many other products all with mediocre to no results. With this product, just follow the instructions. Every time I went to the bathroom I cleaned up and reapplied. The relief was gradual but consistent. I now only need to apply once every other week if that with just the occasional minor flare up, not nearly as bad as what it was. I have used only one jar but have purchased another just in case. I am eternally grateful! Thank you!

    This cream does exactly what it says, the relief !
    My doc had prescribed steroid cream which is not helpful , I took Pranicura to show her and told her to pass this advice on to fellow sufferers . All is good now Thank you So much.

    The itch just about drove me nuts. It was a slow process and it took several months for the fissures to heal. I’m now back to normal. Will always keep a jar handy for rare occasions.
