    I have had this fissure for almost a year now and it has been wreaking havoc on my mental health. I went to the doctor multiple times but they only prescribed the same old treatments that did not work. I was finally on my last wit and was going crazy from trying to heal this fissure and then I found Pranicura and it helped so much. They give you helpful instructions with the medication. I had an appointment with a surgeon but I had to wait 3 months... in excrutiating pain and the lidocaine/relaxing medications never helped me. The surgeon said he doesnt want to do surgery ...thank god... but gave me cream based products. I havent used them yet because pranicura has worked so far so I am sticking with this!

    I read comments about this product. I was sceptical but all the reviews were correct. It really does work! After about 2 to 3 weeks all the pain was gone and healed.
    I now just use it as needed. Which isnt much. Couple days and back to good. I do recommend for sure!

    I am 79. I have tried everything. Nope ?. Temporary relief at best. Pranicura.??? At last. Relief. On my 2nd bottle. Expensive for a retired Canadian BUT its so worth the healing feeling.

    I have tried a number of products for pruritis ani and anal fissures, and this has been by far the most effective. It cleared up the pruritis ani almost immediately and though it hasnt completely healed up the anal fissures, it has made them much more bearable. Because they are still there, I would probably give the product 4 and a half stars, but still recommend it over anything else. Also, one tub does last a long time, so its not too expensive.
