    Ive suffer annal fissure for 2 years.but then i google what is the best cream or medicine for annal fissure. This one is showed up and i read all the reviews so decided to try and when i did its all worth it. Thank you so much for this cream.it really help my annal fissure problem. And i think it healed my fissure.
    This product is highly recommended.

    I have suffered from fissures and hemmorids for going on 7 years now. I tried quitting drinking, Metamucil, Myralax daily, pills, topicals, colonoscopies, and my issues improved but didnt go away. I just accepted it was here to stay. When I came upon the product, scanned the website and saw how many reviews, I was sure I would be let down, but ordered anyway because I could get my money back if it was not as great as advertised. I am PLEASED to report I have been using for 2 weeks and I have had zero painful movement and my hemmorids are almost completely gone. IN TWO WEEKS. ITS BEEN SEVEN YEARS WITH THIS ISSUE. WHOEVER MADE THIS PRODUCT THANK YOU BLESS YOU, THE BUTT COMMUNITY APPRECIATES YOU. If you have even the slightest issue, get this before it gets worse, its a game changer and will save you from 200 avenues doctors will suggest that don’t work.

    I have used Pranicura twice for treating hemorrhoids and fissure tears. This is the most effective thing I have ever tried, and has a very soothing feeling. You must be patient - mine have taken about 6 weeks to heal, but even for the most severe cases, this stuff works!

    this is a long overdue review… i first purchased this in 2020 after getting hemorrhoids after having my baby… 5 years and its now finished. This is the holy grail!!

    Nothing was working for the burning and itching but Pranicura did! AND it is a big pot so I have plenty left if this ever happens again. Totally worth the price! Nothing else was working

    Just want to give a tremendous thank you to who ever created this product, you gave me back my sanity. Literally reduced swelling and eliminated the insane itching.
