    I have had issues with fissures nonstop after having my baby. Never had a single issue before. The tear just would not heal, despite all my efforts. It was not a diet thing at this point, my stool was completely fine. It was the fissure. I am grateful I decided to give this a try. The cream provided instant relief of itching and soreness. Within a few days it didnt hurt when I relieved myself. The main fissure has not opened at all since. Just so grateful.

    I was skeptical. Completely skeptical even after reading the reviews. I assumed they were paid or sponsored reviews. I will now admit that I was completely wrong! This cream has completely healed my entire butt from the cracked skin around the top of my butt crack to the anal fissure that I have had for 5 years. This cream is amazing and completely worth the price, cannot say enough good stuff about Pranicura!

    I started to suffer from the itching in my 20’s, now in my 60’s, and have FINALLY found relief. You only need a very thin film with each application so it does last a long time, but I do find it a little on the pricey side. Having said that, given that I’ve never found anything else that has worked, I guess you’d have to say it’s worth it.

    If I could give this product a 10-star rating, I would. I can barely remember the pain I experienced using the bathroom or sitting for extended periods of time. Not to mention the isolation I felt because no one really wants to hear about your anal fissures. After using every OTC product and specialty formulations from doctors’ offices, I reluctantly tried Pranicura. It has restored sanity and comfort when I had almost lost hope. Thanks to God and Pranicura!

    I suffered from both fissures and a hemorrhoid.
    I received the Pranicura and followed the directions fully.
    After 5 weeks my problems have been corrected and I am very happy with the results from this product

    I have an anal fistula. My surgeon put a ceton in me to facilitate draining. It works but sometimes is very irritating to that sensitive area. Pranicura provides daily relief that really helps me tolerate the ceton.
