    I tried this product after many months of struggling with a fissure. The most commonly prescribed Nifedipine cream did not solve my problems. Regular hot baths in conjunction with this product worked. And I am grateful.

    The last couple of years of daily itching and no real relief from anything on the market has been despairing. I have finally had miraculous relief from Pranicura. From the first application I experienced instant soothing relief. It has taken now 5 weeks for the itching to become very infrequent. I imagine that it will fade away, hopefully forever. Nevertheless, it is comforting to know that I have a dependable product to provide me with this very effective treatment. Bless you Pranicura!

    I've been using it for around 2 weeks and it definitely provides soothing relief from the itching. I was previously using hydrocortisone cream twice a week but it had begun to lose effectiveness and I was keen to move away from a steroid-based cream. I'm currently using a small amount of Pranicura every night - hopefully in time I will be able to reduce the usage, but if not then it's still better than using a steroid-based cream. Really happy that I've discovered Pranicura!

    Thank you for such a great product! It actually worked!!! It took about 2 to 3 weeks to completely get rid of the itching. But even during that time the product felt so amazingly soothing and cooling. I didn’t at first think one jar would be enough, but I still have plenty if I have any flare ups.
