I suffer periods of extreme itching down there during the night. Applying a small amount of Pranicura stops the itching almost immediately. It also helps the itching from spreading / re-occurring.

I had an issue with the delivery being returned due to it arriving when we were on holiday. The customer service team solved the issue for us and were really helpful and responsive.

After years of using steroids prescribed by doctors and other creams and ointments for intense itching, I found Pranicura on the internet. It does burn a little when applied but gives almost immediate relief. I have found after 6 weeks of use that I now do not have to use every day. I also tried probiotics to see if that would help but to no effect. I can highly recommend Pranicura

I never write reviews, but I had to for this product. Pranicura COMPLETELY changed my life. I had been suffering from an EXTREMELY (can’t emphasis that enough) painful fissure for 3 months. Going to the bathroom felt like glass was coming out, I could hardly move without jumping in pain, and I had to walk a certain way to try not to irritate it. It also itched extremely bad at times. I was basically home bound because I couldn’t go out like I was.

I had to have my colon removed years ago due to Ulcerative Colitis, so I go to the bathroom a lot more than the average person now, which made the fissure absolute hell. Every time I went to the bathroom I had to run and get the sitz bath right afterwards and sit on it for 10-15 minutes each time, because it was the only thing that provided any type of relief. My life had become consumed by the fissure and I was emotionally and physically exhausted.

My doctor prescribed a nifedipine/lidocaine cream and said it should heal within a few weeks. Well it didn’t, it only got worse - much, much worse. My GI doctor and colorectal surgeon both basically told me there isn’t much that can be done for fissures except the cream and giving them time to heal. I didn’t have the option to try botox either. I felt completely helpless and desperate. I never thought I would ever consider going back to an ostomy, but I started to consider it since I couldn’t go on like I was. The thought of that was devastating for me though.

Then I found Pranicura online, read the reviews and thought it was probably too good to be true, but decided to try it anyway because I was to the point where I would try anything. It arrived very quickly and after only the FIRST USE I could already tell a huge difference. I made sure to keep the cream on constantly, and to my surprise the pain and bleeding was completely gone within a week. UNBELIEVABLE!

I am going on 10 weeks of using this cream now and although my fissure is not gone yet, it is definitely shrinking. I recently saw my colorectal surgeon again for a follow up visit, and he said it looks like it is healing well. I made sure to tell both my doctors about this cream, and was surprised neither had heard of it. It’s so odd to me that the prescribed creams don’t help at all, like many others have mentioned, yet this does.

The instructions say it can take up to 12 weeks to heal, so I am hopeful that it will be gone within the next few weeks. But even if it isn’t, I will still rave about this stuff because it gave me my life back.

I have been suffering for several years with moderate to severe fissures and complete tears. I had seen multiple doctors with the same non-results. I was skeptical when I was introduced to this, but nothing else worked. It has been three months and the fissures which were 1 inch long and 1/8 inch deep are now closed. The area is still healing and vulnerable from scaring so I will continue to use Pranicura. Thank you very much.

I AM PERSON THAT DOESNT DO REVIEWS BUT HAD TO DO ONE FOR THIS PRODUCT I HAVE BEEN IN EXTREME PAIN FOR THE LAST 2 YEARS AND HAVE TRIED EVERYTHING AND THIS DOES WHAT IT SAYS I WILL CERTAINLY BE BUYING ANOTHER JAR WHEN I RUN OUT.

Pranicura is definitely worth it. I had bad hemherroids and a fissure that kept me awake at night, in significant pain, and it itched like crazy. I used Pranicura for 6 weeks as directed - 2-3 times a day at first, less as time went on. Right now I use it once every 2-3 days. Im ok with not being 100% cured (yet) and still using Pranicura because the pain is gone, the itching is gone, it doesnt hurt to poop, theres no bloody poops, I feel much, much better.

Your product really worked for me The itching was unbearable on and off for years. Recently it was out of control especially at night. I tried everything I could. Doctors tried but nothing worked.
I found your site and read the reviews. I was now desperate. I thought maybe this was the fix. IT WAS!!
I am about 5 weeks in. I have no issues during the day and at night its now occasional. I do use it every night as I worry that it might come back . I’m sure eventually I will become less paranoid . I love sleeping again!

Ive been suffering with an anal fissure for four months. Doc prescribed lidocaine which did absolutely nothing. Ordered an oil-again nothing. Would wash after every bowel movement. Nothing.
