    After using two different prescription creams, as well as suppositories for my fissure, I thought I had nothing more to lose by trying Pranicura. I can happily report I have been pain free from my fissure for the first time in YEARS! It did take a few weeks, but if you use as directed, it really does work.

    If you are using an anal fissure product that you saw on Amazon, I probably used it. STOP. Buy Pranicura. It's not a miracle cure. The company tells you it'll take a few weeks and it did take that long. And you will probably still have a few bad days during that time. But it's worth the time and you will get relief and ultimately healing if you follow the instructions. Wish I had followed my original instinct to buy this way before I did. It's well worth the money.

    I was skeptical, but at a point where I felt like I would try anything. It helped with the fissure pain immediately, although it took a few weeks (as it said it would in the directions) for full healing. I believe I am now completely healed!
