    well, I was skeptical of this product as I am all new products that claim to be the best. But after reading all the reviews I thought there must be something to it. So glad I spent the 50 bucks because honestly, this product is the best! The ingredients are so simple, I'm not sure why it's so effective but I think the detailed instructions that come with it are probably just as helpful as the product itself. I was suffering from anal fissures which caused pure misery. My proctologist gave me a couple of products that helped, but did not make them go away. In just two weeks this product has helped them fully heal. I'm sure I'll have to continue using it off and on but at least it works!

    I don't know how long I've had the itch, but it's been well over a decade. This provided immediate relief! I don't know how long ago I made the purchase - couple weeks at the most, and last night I didn't need to apply it at all! I don't care if I have to use this product forever, if it comes back I know I will have relief! Highly recommend!

    Relief began immediately (first application). Over the past 2 months of use, there is less and less pain. I still apply the cream daily but I noticed that I forgot a couple of times and still had no pain!

    I know this may sound bad, But I didn't bother to even read or follow the directions. I just apply Pranicura when I get a flare up. I've suffered with extreme pain and itching for the last year. I was too embarrassed to go and show my nether area to a doctor. So this was a last ditch attempt. I received the ointment about 3 months ago and it cleared right up after only a couple of uses. I just want to thank the guys who made this stuff. But also anyone reading should probably do exactly as it directs. Thanks again.

    Couple years of pain and within couple of weeks this cream helped. I m not using it every day any more. So far this is really a great product
