    I dont usually write reviews, but I have to let everyone know how great this cream is! I went from having constant itching to almost no itch. I only need to use the cream once every other week. It truly is a life saver!

    I suffered from severe constipation after surgery last November. By late January, I was so miserable and bloated that I went to urgent care for diagnosis of what I was sure was a bowel blockage. I made three visits to Urgent Care; two appts. with gastroenterologists; two appts with GPs; and another with a PA. I was given all sorts of advice, diets and meds without any diagnosis. I read about fissures and found Pranicura on-line. Ordered it and began using after three weeks. (I was skeptical initially, because it just sounded too easy to be a solution.)
    Whoopy! After three days, I began heal. After three weeks, I have finally got my life back!

    Some reviewers said it did not work so I was skeptical. After spending a lot on so called... cures... I decided to give Pranicura a try. It works awesome. Not immediate but follow the instructions and after a few days I was getting some real relief. Love this stuff, even if it does not ...cure... the problem I will keep using it

    After trying dozens of different products to help my itchy anus and spending a fortune on products that did not work, I decided to give this a try.
    Overall the container was smaller than expected but now I know why.
    A little goes a long way and after using it for a few weeks, I would say I am impressed, but that would be an understatement. SHOCKED at how well it works, best money Ive ever spent on a product for my itching. Cant say enough good things about it. Thank You

    I am sorry to say that but I wasn't satisfied with pranicura. My fissure did not heal yet and I have been consistently using it for the past 6-7 weeks. It just relieves the itching and burning temporarily but doesn't have the healing capability.

    I went from major pain where I just wanted somebody to shoot me to feeling good this is either my 3rd jar or 4th I really dont need it right now but I am not going to be without it.
