    I have used many creams to deal with my chronic fissures. This is the granddaddy of them all! Works better than any other. Bottom line! Use this!

    Tried different products but none came close to relieving the aggravating anal itching. Using pranicura with much patience itching is mostly gone. Doctors had no clue as to the cause of the itching and were zero help. Not sure what I would have done without this product.

    I suffer from IBS. My constant wiping causes bleeding and itching, to the point of putting me in bed. This works amazing. I will apply it, rest and by the next morning, my pain is gone, no more stinging, bleeding and itching. I also tried many products but nothing worked.     I have suffered with pruritus ani for 15 years, scratching until the area bled I came across pranicura by accident, best accident Ive ever had, I followed the instructions and I have gone from scratching several times a day to no scratching for a month so far, it literally is a life saving cream.
