I can not emphasize enough how GREAT this product is. It has saved my life literally. I had hip surgery in Nov 2020 and we all know how pain meds act on our digestive system. I was so constipated, sore and itchy I was miserable. So finally had to resort to the internet for relief, I had tried every over the counter creams, pads, ointments etc, I even had gone so far as to see a surgeon for relief. ( I am glad I didn’t do that)

This stuff really works. I was skeptical after trying everything under the sun for years and years and been to so many docs with no results. It’s like bio freeze on sensitive areas-it immediately stops the itching on contact. Can finally sleep through the night and have peace of mind!

Have had a fissure for 2 years. Nothing relieved the itching including compounded cream from pharmacy. This cream has so much lessened the itching and now am healing. If you’ve never had a chronic fissure you can’t understand the torment! So thankful for this cream!!!

I just received the container of Pranicura and have used it for a few days already. I must say I am impressed. I have been suffering for over 10 years and felt that I would never be over the itching. This product has stopped the itching and bleeding. I am in aww of the quickness I felt relief. I have been using Lidocaine for at least 8 months, I know you are not supposed to use it that long, but that was the only thing that seemed to help (on the most part), it was not 100% but it provided some relief. I now know that I was making it worse. Im not sure why I have had such a problem with fissures, but I will continue using your product. I feel confident now that I will be able to sleep over at a friends without worrying about my problem or will not be embarrassed by the scratching and discomfort. Thank you,

I had tried everything to heal up a anal fissure and avoid surgery, nothing worked. I was in a lot of pain everyday and couldnt sleep because of it. I found this product and ordered it. It only took about a few weeks and it was healing up nicely and I had no pain. Now I am pain free. I will recommend this product to anybody who has these problems with anal fissures.
