    I have been using Pranicura for about a month now and it has seriously helped my anal fissure that I have had for a few years. From the first few days of using the cream I had no bleeding and the soreness started to improve too. I am still currently using the cream as it recommends using for at least 8 weeks, and it feels like I have never had a problem, no bleeding, soreness or tightness. I was sceptical at first when purchasing this cream but am so glad I did.

    this stuff really works for me at healing my anal fissure. while the diet recommendations and more costly pharmacy compounded ointment the... expert ... gastroenterology surgeon prescribed seemed to work up to a point, Pranicura finally provided full relief.

    I dont usually write reviews, but I have to let everyone know how great this cream is! I went from having constant itching to almost no itch. I only need to use the cream once every other week. It truly is a life saver!

    I suffered from severe constipation after surgery last November. By late January, I was so miserable and bloated that I went to urgent care for diagnosis of what I was sure was a bowel blockage. I made three visits to Urgent Care; two appts. with gastroenterologists; two appts with GPs; and another with a PA. I was given all sorts of advice, diets and meds without any diagnosis. I read about fissures and found Pranicura on-line. Ordered it and began using after three weeks. (I was skeptical initially, because it just sounded too easy to be a solution.)
    Whoopy! After three days, I began heal. After three weeks, I have finally got my life back!
