    Have been using this for the past month following all instructions and so far not working for me. Still have the Anal fissure bleeding up a storm. Hopefully another month or so It will work. I have had this condition for over 15 years and doctor treatments do not work.

    I had tried so many other ways to get my rectal fissure to heal; frequent sitz baths, preparation H, mineral oils + fiber pills... Nothing else worked. Within a short time of using Pranicura I had no issues.
