I have suffered with pruritis ani for 43 years. I sought help from my PCP, a dermatologist, a urologist, and a proctologist and tried many home remedies. Nothing helped. Pranicura gave me some relief the first time I used it, and within 2 weeks of using it once a day, the itch was completely gone. I barely used any out of the jar. This stuff is miraculous!

I have tried a handful of prescription creams and over the counter products for 20+ years. Tried this as a last hope as I had nothing to lose at this point. Amazing. It cools the itch completely. No more waking up in the middle of the night scratching and clenching my teeth. I have barely used any of it as well. It goes on super light which means it should last a very long time. Its not even needed that frequently, just when you get that sense to itch which for me has dropped off immensely. Its the best stuff out there and it works. It should be on the shelf at every drug store. People are suffering and they do not know Pranicura exists. Glad I found it. Thank you.

Pranicura really works and the regimen they advocate is just as important as the product. I hardly ever need to use it any more, so it is very cost effective..will last for a long time!

Been dealing with a chronic fissure since after my son was born. 2 years of pain and dr visits. Next step was surgery. I tried the Pranicura treatment plus use the magnesium as suggested each night in the directions. I have been pain free for a month now and no longer require surgery. I noticed the difference after 3 weeks of use. Now I only use it once ever few days and will continue until I am confident enough to reduce it to once a week. Follow the directions. Give it a try as surgery is a last resort.

This product did not work for me. I kept using it for a full 4 weeks on my fissure and noticed no change and was still suffering so I decided to try an over the counter cortisone cream.
