Simply LOVE this product! Only cream out there that actually works for this problem and relieves pain and itch. Used it a lot at first and now hardly at all as it seemed to have calmed down! THANK YOU so much as this was a life saver for me

After having surgery a few years ago, I have had recurring problems with anal fissures and itching. I’ve seen several doctors including specialist and tried numerous prescription treatments with little to no success. I first tried Pranicure about a year ago after reading customer reviews about it online and thought it was worth trying. It was the best decision I could have made because this stuff really works! Now whenever I have a flare up, I follow the directions and within a week my condition is cleared up and I have relief that lasts longer than any other treatment I’ve tried. I almost never participate in reviews but this product is truly exceptional and deserves its recognition. If you are on the fence, my advice is to stop thinking. You will not be disappointed. There is nothing that quite matches this product on the market as far as I am concerned. It gives great relief for the itch.

I bought this product for my husband last year. It was amazing the relief he felt with even the first application. And personally, I get small fissures occasionally (that are not as bad as what many of you in these reviews have suffered) but as soon as I use Pranicure, boom, it is gone and healed. I just apply at night when I go to bed. I am thankful to you all for making a great product for those of us who have any anal issues that arise. God bless you and the group.

Had this problem for many years and tried over the counter medications. With Pranicure, I was hesitant but willing to give it a try. Been using it for almost two months and now only use it after going. Don't go out of business.....

I really thought when I paid $40 for your product that I was being ripped off. However, I was close to desperate. After a week's use and no itch, I recant all aspersions I might have cast. This stuff is good! You should make it more well known.

I ordered this product following 60 days of severe pain from a fissure. I was traveling and was barely able to walk through the airport. Following the instructions was not particularly easy since it meant divesting myself of products I'd be using, but after 7 days I could tell the difference. That was more than a month ago and since then I have only used Pranicure twice for maintenance. Since I live outside the US and the medical profession here in Mexico is able to listen to new and different ideas I plan to show the instruction sheet to my doctor during my annual check up. He will research the sight and product and I hope he may be able to pass on this "miracle" to other patients.

I am sorry to say that I perhaps expected too much from this miracle cream. I cannot say that it didn't work somewhat but not like I thought it would. It was way too thick and very difficult to remove. I have gone back to using Astroglide which contains no greasy oils as recommended by my dermatologist and at night a small application of Proctosedyl, a corticosteroid and antibiotic cream. I concocted what works best for me as described above. This was working before and now I know this is what I need to use, so unfortunately I will not be re-ordering. I must mention that I did not have any itching just the fissures, so I do believe it does work for many others.
