I am in tears while writing this review about this impressive product. 1 year ago I got chronic diarrhea that caused a fissure. Every bowel movement was a nightmare for me. The burning pain was so bad and it remained for 5-6 hours after every bowel movement. It was not itching at first, but after some months the itch also started, mostly at night while sleeping. I was really frustrated with what was happening to me. I was hopeless. Many times I cried. I tried everything. Ointments, medications. Even two surgeons said that surgery is a must for heal up. I was scared of surgery and wanted to avoid it if possible. I searched a lot about fissure treatment on the internet, and one day I found a review about Pranicure on a medical forum. I ordered it online. I applied it two times a day at first. Once after bowel movement in the morning and then before sleeping. Can you believe it guys? After many days I did not wake up in the night because of itching. OMG! Impressive!! And now I am fissure free! I am healed. Thank God. I have been suffering from a 1 inch long anal fissure! SEVERE Pain. Was put on hydro-glycerin and ointment from the doctors, but WHAT A JOKE!!! So, I found this product and decided I had nothing to lose and ordered. The fissure was still painful, but applying the product directly on the fissure every day, the pain left and was only a burn. Then going on the 3rd month, I was still frustrated due to the pain. I continued using the product daily (as needed). I am almost finished with the third month and I am totally healed! No itching, No burning, No pain! I get constipated often, so when I know that my fissure may tear, I immediately apply the product! So, I HIGHLY recommend this product for Fissure sufferers! Sure does beat surgery! Have you seen those videos? NOT ME! I use Pranicure and will tell ALL my friends and family! I am sure it would be AMAZING for hemorrhoids too!

I started using Pranicure recently and I'm very satisfied. I see some other reviewers complaining about the price and I would like to explain why I consider this quite inexpensive. First, this is not a mass produced product. Someone had to do a lot of development and put up a lot of money to make this product a reality. Second, 4oz is a lot! Carmex Lip balm is sold in .15oz tubes for $3. If you were to buy 4oz of lip balm, you would have to buy 26 tubes and spend over $70! If it were to ever hit store shelves (and I hope it does), it will be in much smaller amounts and probably cost more per oz. Finally, I have a tip. I bought a little jar of carmex, dumped it out and washed it out, and then I filled it with pranicure. This way I can carry it around easily and inconspicuously. Just don't let anyone use it on their lips! *or...buy a contact lens case and fill it with ointment as your travel supply. A ziplock sandwich bag works well for carrying a couple wipes in your pocket too.*

I am a 52 yr old male. After 10 years of a hellatious itch and after trying "everything" including expensive naturpathic ointments, I resigned myself to managing the problem and believed it was going to be lifelong. It was all the success stories that made me try it. Could this possibly be true? After 5 weeks, I can say my fissure is nearly healed, and the crazy itching stopped in only a few days. Pranicure has given me my life back! And the jar is hardly used! I give so much credit to the 5-Step process! This easy to follow method is just as important to follow as using the cream. My jar will last a year at this rate! Thank you so much. Only wish I had heard of it 10 years ago!!

I have been using this product for a couple of years now. I have no problem at night when sleeping. My problem starts in the morning right after I have first bowl movement. It works great to relieve the pain but as I said, I have used for a couple of years now and so it has not completely cured my problem but definitely relieves the pain.

I've only started using the ointment, and its working very well. Really soothes the maddening itching and allows me to focus on other things. Also allows me to sleep through the night. What a great product!

I am a female in mid 30s, and I have had this condition for three years. I couldn't sleep at night due to the itching, and it was so bad that I had wounds all over my recital and genital area. None of the doctors could help me, or even name the condition. I had a colonoscopy, allergy treatment, anxiety drugs! Anyway, I found the name of the condition after looking on the Internet, (pruritus ani) and stumbled upon the pranicure treatment website. As skeptical as I was before buying something over the Internet, the end result is that it works!
Few things to keep in mind - you really do need to follow the instructions. And you do need to use it for several weeks before you see full results. I now only use it once in maybe two weeks. It is expensive but I really think it is worth it. I am finally able to have my life back again. I would highly highly recommend it!
