I've been struggling with this very annoying and "personal" problem for a couple of years. This is the best product for relief and comfort. It's important to use as directed! Once I did that, I was able to go for long stretches with no discomfort at all. It's a very good product.

I am 28 years old, i have struggled with bowel issues all my life. I have had fissures, hemorrhoids, blood stools, itching and pain whenever using the toilet. I m so lucky to have my life back! I no longer have to carry around wet wipes and all those horrid other creams!

Very simple, this is the only product I found that works. I became scared of using the bathroom because of the pain! Follow the instructions to the last detail and over a few weeks you will have relief. I stopped using after my symptoms subsided and my fissures flared up a couple more times over the course of a year but each time the ointment helped heal them! Recurrence of fissures is quite common.
The only complaint I have is that the ointment is so thick it is hard to clean off hands after applying (I use wet ones to clean my hands) but the relief this ointment gives is a miracle.
