i found this product 3 weeks ago, just browsing. read the reviews, why not i thought having just spent yet another bunch of cash with the doctor. background, i m 64 years of age, i have suffered from this complaint for about 40 years. yes 40! when the product arrived i had 2 fissures and a circle of cuts that would not heal,night and day applications of various creams, nothing worked. i had forgotten what a good nights sleep felt like. 2 weeks and 4 days later i have healed. i can sit comfortably, i can exercise, i can sleep through the night unbroken, no itch.unbelievable. just ordered another 3 containers of pranicure. if you are reading this , unsure because of the price, DO NOT HESITATE , buy it . it works. i am absolutely over the moon, i will never be without this stuff. thanks a million pranicure guys. love and luck from ireland!!!!!

I was desperate for something to stop the itching. I had tried numerous products with little to nil relief. This product really does work . You do get relief. I definitely recommend this product and will buy again.

I could write a novel that would rival War and Piece with my 20 year battle. I swore 2016 was the end of the battle no matter what, as this last Fissure and Hemorrhoid flare up was the worst of the worst. Many lost nights of sleep, constant pain and not wanting to eat as my theory is "what goes in must come out." I tripped on Pranicure during my 1000th search for a solution (if you can name one I've tried it) and ordered (NO people it is NOT expensive...loss of a quality of life IS expensive). If you are looking at this you are suffering too. Just order and follow instructions. This product is a life saver!

Anyone looking for anal fissure relief, the agony is over. I suffered with intense..INTENSE..pain with 2 fissures for over 2 years. I saw my doctor and also a specialist, they gave me some petroleum based cream that DID NOT work. I literally scowered the Internet for a solution and came across this and ordered right away because I wanted my life back. After about a month the fissures were gone and I'm a normal human being again. I was TERRIFIED of using the washroom before, no one should have to live like that. I don't know why doctors don't know about this miracle cream. THANK YOU MY LIFE IS BACK!

I have been suffering from fissures for about 3 yrs. In the beginning I went to 3 different types of Dr.s (primary care, internal medicine, & a surgeon) with no relief. $300 & multiple creams later, I decided I would just have to go it alone. I would go from zinc oxide, to antibiotic ointment, etc. Never having real relief for more than a few days. Read about Pranicure & felt a cautious glimmer of hope because it was made by people who actually suffered from the condition. Have been using it for 3-4 weeks now, & feel about 85% better! I am sleeping better & I'm not thinking all day about my bum irritation. I don't know for sure yet if it is healing me or just helping with the symptoms, but either way, life is definitely better! If you are suffering from fissures that never seem to heal, please don't hesitate to try this. Follow the directions to the letter.

Didn't believe the online-only sales pitch, but gave it a try. Followed directions to the letter, and this made the fissure symptoms better than any product issued by Prescription. Now am on the once-a-week or less plan, and so much better. Thank-you for the cream!
