I've had the problem for many many years. It didn't cure the problem, but its been the best product I've used so far. I had hoped it would be the end all answer, but not.

After initially using Pranicure my symptoms seemed to get worse and I was so disappointed as I thought this would be it. But I persevered like they said and within about 3-4 weeks I am 99% better. Thank goodness!!

I had issues with anal area itch for many years and until finding this product was never able to find any long term relief. That has now changed. The stronger version of this product (#2) works great for me. I am disciplined in making sure the area is regularly clean with wipes, and apply the product whenever the need arises. For me that is once a day, roughly. So, now, I barely itch on any day. I find, though, if I go more than a day or two without using the product (but still maintain the cleaning regimen) the problem (meaning the itching, not the cuts/fissures) comes back. In short I have not found a way to live without treating the problem (the reason for the 4 stars). So, I have resigned myself to treat this issue forever. But, I am so thankful to have a way to do that (maybe worth the other star).

Works better than any other product I have used. Only it can stain undergarment. That would not keep me from using it as it works well. Really relieves itch.

I've had anal itch for 2 months prior to using such product. After two weeks of application, I've had amazing results!! Highly recommended!!!

i found this product 3 weeks ago, just browsing. read the reviews, why not i thought having just spent yet another bunch of cash with the doctor. background, i m 64 years of age, i have suffered from this complaint for about 40 years. yes 40! when the product arrived i had 2 fissures and a circle of cuts that would not heal,night and day applications of various creams, nothing worked. i had forgotten what a good nights sleep felt like. 2 weeks and 4 days later i have healed. i can sit comfortably, i can exercise, i can sleep through the night unbroken, no itch.unbelievable. just ordered another 3 containers of pranicure. if you are reading this , unsure because of the price, DO NOT HESITATE , buy it . it works. i am absolutely over the moon, i will never be without this stuff. thanks a million pranicure guys. love and luck from ireland!!!!!

Had suffered from the problem for more than a year and got relief in less than a week with Pranicure

I was desperate for something to stop the itching. I had tried numerous products with little to nil relief. This product really does work . You do get relief. I definitely recommend this product and will buy again.

After years of trying every cure I had ever heard of, Pranicure has finally given me relief. I still have some itching from time to time, but now at least I can control it. Thanks for a great product!
