I'm sure most of you know how many prescriptions and OTC drugs/medications you've used for relief - i'm no different. upon initial use of this product I felt 90% better within 3 days. While I still have an occasional flare-up (which is far and few between and way less problems). To be safe - I carry a small amount with me -just in case. NO MORE pain pills AND other products. The product is amazing and even though i saw the web-site months before I kept trying 'other things'. A very little goes a long way but just now reordering although i have a small supply left - don't want to run out if needed. Product is pricey - but worth it. This product is not really an ointment it is more like a paste. However repeated application does seem to lead to an amelioration of the condition, so I am generally satisfied with the purchase.
