    The best product for any anal problems. I get hemorrhoids and occasionally a fissure. This product works better than any other product on the market. It feels so good. You have to follow the directions.

    I had dealt with insane anal itching/fissures and hemorrhoids for several months and tried so many other things. This made me feel like I had an entirely new bottom in less than two weeks and 3 months later with only intermittent use I have no symptoms at all. Highly recommend and so glad I tried this.

    To start, I have had chronic problems with hemorrhoids and anal fissures. I have tried everything from hydrocortisone to witch hazel wipes (both help, but you can only use hydrocortisone for a week or two, and witch hazel never fully healed anything for me). My first night using this I finally got a full nights sleep in years because I did not wake up and have to scratch! I am so happy I could cry!!

    I fully endorse this product! I had an issue for months, tried multiple products with no success. In desperation, I ordered Pranicura. In a few days my issue improved, in a week or so, completely resolved! I now only use as needed for flair ups. It is incredible how well this relatively unknown product has worked for me.

    I am about to buy my second jar of Pranicur here in the UK. I can honestly say that, had I not tried Pranicura, I dont know where I would be. I was constantly in pain, awake through the night, and constantly tensing. I was at my wits end and so I thought I would try this cream, which has been transformational. I would recommend it to anyone experiencing severe pain and discomfort.
