I have been fighting a fissure on and off for years and during an especially bad flare up, I honestly thought I was going to have to have surgery. This product changed my life. My doctor diagnosed me with an anal fissure that I was dealing with it for 2yrs. They prescribed some ointment that did NOT work. I have a huge problem with itchy anus; mostly in the wintertime when my skin is naturally very dry, but also after using the hot tub. Nonetheless, after application the problem would go away after 1 use, and rarely 2. And it would remain itch-free for a few weeks! First time I have ever had such great relief from this longstanding issue! Highly recommended!
