    I would give 10 stars!! This product is absolutely amazing. Yes, at the beginning was a little weird, but I have got used to it after a week, and now I apply it every day, right after shower. I have no words to describe how it has been helping.

    I was not sure about this stuff as all the ads say they are the best and they do this and do that and nothing worked. I took a chance with Pranicura. I was in pain with bleeding fissures. It got so bad that I dreaded going to the bathroom. When this cream came and I read that you have to use it about 6 weeks I said here we go again. But to my surprise the first time I used it the bleeding stopped. Then the pain. Then the hemorrhoids disappeared. I was normal again. So I will continue to use pranicura even after the 6 weeks. This stuff is fantastic.

    I started with anal itching and burning around 9 months ago. Had no idea why. Multiple visits to my GP (I am from the UK). Steroids, ointments for piles etc worked temporarily. I needed something long term that would not cause problems ie skin thinning etc. Cane across Pranicura. And Ill be honest after reading the reviews I was extremely skeptical! But I gave it a go. And … WOW! Itching went almost immediately! The burning still remains but I apply the cream and its instant relief! This product should be more widely known about! I just pray they dont ever stop making it! If you are suffering, Pranicura is 100 percent worth trying trust me !

    After several weeks fissure started improving and finally healed. Used Pranicura together with Sitzbads and Salt Epson then bleeding stopped and annal fissure completely healed. After 3 months of starting treatment no more recurrence so far.
